Assembly Instructions for the NZ Trinocular Package Systems

Assemble the Stand per instructions provided in the box.  Remove all protective covers and caps from the Trinocular body.



Attach the body of the Trinocular to the Focus Mount (or E-Arm). Tighten the set screw to steady the microscope body.



Place the eye pieces in the microscope’s eye ports.

If needed, place the rubber eye-cups on the eye-pieces. To install the eye-cups, simply remove the existing rubber rings and replace them with the eye-cups.

To install the video coupler, screw it into the microscope body via the video port and then tighten theset screw to support it.

If needed, attach the spacer/adapter to the camera.

Attach the camera carefully to the video coupler, and then secure it with the set screw.

Attach both the power supply and video cable to the camera.

Be sure that the text on the camera is always facing the user for proper operation.

Attach the auxiliary lens to the bottom of the microscope body.

Lighting Options

Florescent Ring Light

To attach, pull back all three prongs and attach to the auxiliary lens or ring light adapter, then power on.



LED Ring Light

To attach, pull back all three prongs and attach to the auxiliary lens, then connect the LED ring light to the power supply.



Fiber Optic Annular Ring Light

To attach, pull back all three prongs and attach to the auxiliary lens or adapter.



Attach the free end of the fiber optic cable to the fiber optic illuminator and secure with the two set screws. Now, power on the illuminator and adjust to preference.



Fiber Optic Dual Pipe Light

Attach the free end of the fiber optic dual pipe light to the fiber optic illuminator and secure with the two set screws. Now, power on the illuminator and adjust to preference.
