Video Inspection System CC-97-VS2

This Video Inspection System is ideal for inspection, training and/or documentation. With a CCD camera and high resolution 14" monitor you are guaranteed a super sharp and crisp image. Parfocal capability allows you to view the sample and zoom in and out, without losing focus.

  • 1/3x CCD Coupler (magnification range of 12x - 81x)
  • Standard, Single 150W Fiber Optic Illuminator (high intensity low temperature uniform illumination with front mounted output aperture for use with annular ring light, single and double fiber optic light guides)
  • Annular Ring Light (2.0" I.D. 36" Length provides 360 degrees shadow-free uniform illumination)

Same set-up as the CC-97-VS2 above, except that instead of a monitor you have the ability to capture a live image using our computer interface card.

X/Y Gliding Stage

Low profile design (2.5"), covering 165 square inches, easy table top mounting, quick glide for fast positioning, controlled by two side-mounted switches. With a 14" x 12" top ESD-safe plate and a 10" x 11" travel distance, you are guaranteed to increase your inspection speed.
Articulating Video Inspection System
To increase your systems mobility, the CC-97-VS3 offers you the same lens set-up as the CC-97-VS2 except that it is on an articulating arm instead of a boom stand.  The heavy duty articulating arm has a scanning area of 3' and can be lowered or raised 14". Excellent to share between two workstations. Heavy duty clamp with multiple entry ports to arrange system to your specific application. CC-97-VS3 comes with a fluorescent ring lamp.
