There is no longer a need to
send your circuit board design to a slow and costly board house to have a
prototype made!! |
 |
|
The Quick Circuit Systems produce accurate, economical,
and quick circuit board prototypes directly from your current CAD
package's data. The Quick Circuit accepts Gerber, DXF, HPGL & Excellon
files. Quick Circuit enables you to do your own prototyping so projects
are completed on schedule, within budget and designs are protected since
they never leave your lab.
|
 |
The Quick Circuit
System
- Double and Single Sided Prototypes
- Uses Standard CAD Output Files
- No Chemicals or Disposal Problems
- Analog, Digital, RF, and Microwave Prototypes
|
|
Don't let the need for a prototype circuit board delay your entire
project. Quick Circuit produces mechanically engraved circuit boards the
same day you complete your design. |
The
Complete Circuit Board Prototyping Solution |
| Now there is no need to
send your data to a slow and costly board house to produce circuit
board prototypes. The Quick Circuit System produces accurate,
economical, and quick prototypes from your existing CAD packages'
Gerber & Excellon (or HPGL) data. With Quick Circuit, designs
are protected by creating finished prototypes in your own work
area and get projects done on schedule and within budget. |
 |
Intelligent
Data Conversion |
 |
The Quick Circuit
System includes Isolation CAD/CAM software.
In addtion to being a full-featured Gerber, Excellon, and HPGL
editor, the Isolation software creates the drilling and milling
data for the Quick Circuit CNC table. From your CAD files, the
Isolation software computes the isolation path outlining each
electrical net on your circuit board. This isolation path becomes
the mill path the Quick Circuit CNC table uses to mechanically
engrave your prototype circuit board. Copper can be selectively
windowed with the mouse for partial or complete removal. |
Simple
Machine Setup |
Preparing the Quick
Circuit CNC table is very simple. Your choice of circuit board
material and backup material are pinned together and affixed to
the table.
The table's precision pin-and-groove insures perfect registration
when the material is turned over for double sided circuit boards.
The Quick Circuit System uses widely available, industry standard
tooling. |
 |
Precise
Drilling and Milling |
 |
The QuickCAM software
which drives the Quick Circuit CNC table is intuitive and easy to
use. First all holes are drilled, then the isolation milling is
performed. Quick Circuit's high resolution and repeatability
allows trace widths as small as 0.1 mm (0.004"). Quick
Circuit's precision allows you to prototype high-density digital,
microwave, and surface mount circuit boards - at a fraction of the
time and cost!. |
Full
Routing Capabilities |
| Quick Circuit contour
routes circuit boards of virtually any shape and size. Interior
routing is just as easy. Large "drill" holes can also be
routed instead of drilled. This is a unique feature of the
QuickCAM software which saves you time and money by no longer
needing excessive inventories of large drill bits. Additional
Quick Circuit routing capabilities include depaneling
production-run circuit boards, and creating front panels and name
plates from aluminum and many plastics. |
